Eighth Grassfed Beef
At North Fork Farms we raise heritage American Milking Devons on fresh green pastures and hay in the winter. These cattle are rotationally grazed to improve soil health and regenerate our farmland.
We sell pre-determined packages that include all processing costs and home delivery within 100 miles from our farm in Mazeppa, MN (Twin Cities Metro and Rochester are both within our delivery range). You have two options for an Eighth of Grassfed Beef:
Eighth Ground Beef Pack* (total 45-46lbs):
2 boneless ribeye steaks (~2lbs)
42-44lbs lean ground beef (can include 8lbs all-beef patties when available)
Eighth Variety Pack* (total of 45-46lbs):
8-10 boneless steaks: 2 each of tenderloin, NY strip, and sirloin: and 2-4 rib eye (6-8lbs)
2 chuck roasts (5-6lbs)
30-35lbs lean ground beef (can include 5lbs all-beef patties when available)
*When available: spare ribs, soup bones, organ meats and suet can be substituted for other package items at 2lbs for every 1lb of package weight
